Southern Vacation Rentals Named 2026 Best of Florida Regional Award Winner
DESTIN, FL, UNITED STATES, October 29, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Southern Vacation Rentals, a vacation rental and property management company serving beach communities across the Florida Panhandle, has been named winner of the 2026 Best of Florida Regional Award. The honor recognizes a company built around two audiences at once. It books private vacation homes and resort condos across the Panhandle's beach towns for travelers, and it manages those same homes and condos for property owners year-round.
The company's rental portfolio stretches the length of the Panhandle, with vacation homes and resort condos available in Perdido Key, Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach, Fort Walton Beach, and Destin. Listings continue into Miramar Beach, Sandestin, 30A, and Panama City Beach. Each property is paired with hands-on management, giving owners consistent turnovers and giving guests the highest quality experience regardless of which stretch of coastline they choose.
For a company managing properties across nine distinct beach markets, consistency is the harder job. Southern Vacation Rentals has built its reputation on treating that consistency as a value, not a slogan. The same responsiveness reaches a first-time renter in Navarre and a longtime property owner in Sandestin alike. Staff describe that approach simply as "The Southern Difference," a philosophy that shapes everything from how quickly a maintenance request gets handled to how a listing photo is chosen.
“So much of what we do happens behind the scenes, and this award shines a light on the dedication and excellence our people deliver every day," said Nick Boswell, General Manager of Southern Vacation Rentals. "It’s a testament to our leadership’s ability to remain forward-thinking and committed to setting the industry standard—not just maintaining it. We’ve been here for 30 years, and we’ll be here for 30 more.”
Southern Vacation Rentals plans to keep expanding its presence across the Florida Panhandle while holding onto the property management standards that earned this year's recognition. As new listings come online in markets from Perdido Key to Panama City Beach, the company's focus remains the same. The goal is giving guests and owners alike the level of service that earned it the 2026 Best of Florida Regional Award.
